Although Kevin Hadley launched Handy Hadley in 2002, its roots go back to the early ’70’s when young Kevin Hadley went to work for Packwood Lumber in Packwood, Iowa, setting him on a lifelong path of building and serving customers. Today, the team collectively boasts 60+ years of home repair and remodel experience.

Handy Hadley’s business strategy is simple: provide fast, friendly, professional, service to the buyers and sellers of residential real estate. Handy Hadley is bonded, insured, member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors.

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We know in order to obtain customer satisfaction, communication, honesty, and integrity are critical. All repairs are fully explained to the customer before work begins. You’ll see daily status sheets detailing the percentage of work completed and the cost to date. We’re there for you.


Kevin Hadley
Manager/Founder

Kevin was born and raised in a small town in southeast Iowa.  His father ran the local lumber yard which provided Kevin his first job.  He learned about home construction and repair from his father, as well as  the many contractors who came to the lumberyard for supplies. In the summer of 1979, Kevin and a friend decided to pay for college by starting a painting and home repair business. It went so well, they continued the following summer and, in fact, Kevin has provided professional home repair services of one kind and another ever since. Along the way, Kevin has also managed software development, managed tech support desks and taught both management and tech support, honing his knack for problem solving and customer communication.

Kevin’s wife, Christine, is the Assistant Building Official for the City of Irving, TX. They are members of Plymouth Park Baptist Church, enjoy square dancing and have served in numerous office of local and regional dance organizations. Their son, Mitchell, is a partner in Handy Hadley.


Mitchell Cadungog
Manager

Mitchell began working with Kevin shortly after Handy Hadley was started in 2002. He more or less grew up with the company, working first as a truck assistant, truck manager and now general manager.  Mitchell is the face of the company as he does most of the on-site estimates. Together with Ryan Brammer, they’re the management team that coordinates job duties to the other truck leads and job site management.

Mitchell enjoys working on his 1966 Mustang, some drag racing, various art work, and anything creative. His years of experience and creative side make him an excellent resource for customers wanting ideas and direction for a major or minor remodel.


Ryan Brammer
Manager

Ryan began working with Kevin in the summer of 2003. He started as Kevin’s assistant, progressed to truck manager, and is now production manager. He and Mitchell Cadungog make up the management team that coordinates job duties to the other truck leads and job site management.

Ryan is a native of Irving, TX. He enjoys restoring cars and building racing motorcycles. He has one daughter and a menagerie of pets. His years of experience and time management skills make him an excellent resource for customers planning job logistics, including the personal impact of a job.


Mark Anderson
Truck Manager

Mark began working for Handy Hadley in 2008 as a truck assistant before earning the position of truck manager. His years of experience provides him a broad skill set to handle most any issue that comes up on a job site.

Mark is from Quinlan, TX, and now lives in Irving with his wife and son.


Steve Braudrick
Truck Manager

Steve began working for Handy Hadley in 2016 as a truck assistant.  He has since been promoted to truck manager. Steve has a strong, get-it-done attitude and friendly demeanor.

Originally from Irving, TX, Steve called various northern states home before returning to his Texas roots. (We don’t hold it against him.) He lives in Carrollton with his wife, Kim, two daughters, and three dogs.


Kim Braudrick
Administrative Assistant

A relative newcomer to Handy Hadley, Kim’s efficiency and easy going manner quickly won over the Handy Hadley team and customers alike. She has spent most of her career in customer service and management. Kim is the voice of the company.

Kim is originally from Nebraska and found her way to Texas just two years ago. Kim lives in Carrollton with her husband, Steve, two daughters, and three dogs.
